Privacy policy
A plain-language account of what Saratoga Games stores, what our service providers may receive, and the choices available to you.
Effective 19 September 2026
Who this policy covers
This policy applies to saratogagames.com and the Saratoga Games browser games hosted on its subdomains, including Caveman Taxi and Super Air Hockey. Saratoga Games is independently operated by Sean Wyngaard in Cape Town, South Africa.
Game saves and settings
Our games can store progress, settings, display names, cosmetic choices and similar game data in your browser using local storage or related browser storage. This lets the game remember you on the same device without requiring a Saratoga Games account.
This local data normally remains on your device. You can remove it by using a game's reset controls, where available, or by clearing site data in your browser. Clearing it, changing browser profiles or using another device may permanently remove or separate your progress.
Hosting and technical information
When you visit, your browser necessarily sends technical information such as your IP address, browser type, requested page and request time to the services that deliver the site. The studio site is hosted through Netlify, game builds are delivered through Cloudflare Pages, and Vercel provides DNS services. Those providers may process security, diagnostic and access-log information under their own privacy terms.
We do not currently provide Saratoga Games user accounts for these games. If a clearly labelled online feature sends information to a service, its purpose will be described in the game or alongside that feature.
Google advertising and cookies
Saratoga Games uses Google advertising in selected browser games. Where advertising is enabled, Google and other vendors authorised to serve or measure ads may use cookies, local storage, advertising identifiers and device or browser information to deliver, limit, secure and measure advertising.
Depending on your location and choices, ads may be personalised using information about your interests and activity, or non-personalised using contextual information such as the page you are viewing and your general location. Limited ads may be used when required. Google explains how it uses information from sites and apps that use its services on its partner-sites page.
Your advertising and consent choices
Where the law requires it, an advertising consent message will let you accept, reject or manage the purposes and vendors involved. Use its “Manage options” or privacy-choices control to change or withdraw consent. You can also manage Google ad personalisation in Google's advertising settings, control cookies in your browser, or use recognised industry opt-out tools. Withdrawing consent does not make earlier lawful processing unlawful, and you may still see non-personalised or limited ads.
Other authorised vendors
Google may work with authorised technology providers for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention and consent management. The vendors available to you can depend on your region and the consent choices you make. When a consent message is shown, its vendor list provides the current details and controls.
Children's privacy
These games are offered to a general audience. We do not knowingly ask children to provide personal information to Saratoga Games. If you believe a child has provided personal information directly to us, please contact us so we can investigate and remove it where appropriate.

We may update this policy when the games, advertising setup or legal requirements change. The effective date above will show the latest revision. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to:
