Using Saratoga Games
By using saratogagames.com or a Saratoga Games subdomain, you agree to these terms. The site and games are provided for personal, lawful entertainment. Please do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass security, interfere with other players, or use the site to distribute harmful or unlawful material.
Free games and virtual rewards
Caveman Taxi and Super Air Hockey are free browser games. Points, tickets, scores, unlocks, cosmetics and any other in-game rewards are fictional, have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money or property, and are not real-money gambling prizes. We do not currently sell items or accept wagers in these games.
Local saves
Game progress and preferences may be saved locally in your browser. Local saves are not an online backup or account. They may be lost if you clear browser data, change device or browser profile, use private browsing, or if a browser removes stored data. We cannot guarantee restoration of a local save.
Ownership
Unless otherwise identified, the games, artwork, writing, audio, branding and code presented here belong to Saratoga Games or are used under licence. You may play and share links to the games, but these terms do not grant permission to copy, sell, republish, reverse engineer or create commercial derivatives from them.
Availability and third-party services
The games are provided “as is” and may change, pause or disappear while we fix, improve or retire them. We try to keep them enjoyable and reliable, but do not promise uninterrupted access or that every browser and device will behave identically. Links, hosting, advertising and other third-party services have their own terms and policies.
Responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Saratoga Games is not responsible for indirect loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the site or games. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under South African consumer law.
